Lee loves winning. After 20+ years in the legal industry and working across three continents, he founded LINAR Consulting to enable lawyers to become better salespeople. He’s passionate about sales psychology and having the opportunity to unlock the dormant salesperson within legal teams.

He understands the anatomy of a legal practitioner, what makes them tick and how to get the best out of them. When working with Lee, you get a direct, no nonsense approach that will deliver results.

Together with the LINAR Consulting team he’s on a mission to decriminalise sales across the legal industry.

Sam Stamp

Driven by the belief that technology can (maybe even should…) make work both more fulfilling and productive, Sam brings a new and practical angle to the role GenAI is going to play in our daily work.  

Building on a career in creative agencies and challenging environments from technology startups to large corporates, and in industries ranging from the Law to YouTube content creation, Sam has built a powerful combination of strategic, creative and commercial skills to support teams on their AI adoption. 

Having most recently held positions as Chief Commerical Officer at Makers, Europe’s first coding bootcamp, and Head of New Business at international law firm Simmons & Simmons, where he led the firm’s innovation and diversification initiatives, he is uniquely placed to explore the intersection of technology and professional services.  

An anthropologist by training, Sam has always been interested in people side of technology and change, in particular the way they interact with the structures and systems around them.

Eduardo Aguilar Pelaez

Eduardo (Edu) is LINAR’s answer to Sam Altman! 

A seasoned technologist and thought leader with a comprehensive background in the intersection of AI, secure cloud infrastructure, and hardware engineering, Edu brings LINAR ideas to life through smart tech. 

With an MEng, PhD, and MBA from Imperial College London, Edu’s expertise spans across R&D labs, startups, and large-scale technology enterprises. 

Prior to LINAR, Edu led technology and engineering initiatives at companies like GondolaAI, Canonical, and Converge, where he honed his skills in product strategy, high-performance computing, and real-time system design. Notably, his work at Canonical on cloud and AI solutions solidified his proficiency in Kubernetes, security maintenance, and scalable architectures, all essential for secure and compliant cloud AI deployments.

At LINAR, Edu directs the technical vision and development of secure AI and cloud platforms, enabling law firms to navigate and leverage cutting-edge technology without compromising on data integrity or compliance.

Beki keeps the LINAR machine running smoothly! A seasoned Executive Assistant with over 18 years experience, Beki is known for her exceptional organisational skills and ability to get stuff done. Throughout her career, Beki has honed her ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, and handle a multitude of administrative tasks with precision and efficiency. Her proactive approach and keen attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to any project team.

With an infectious can do attitude and a great sense of humour, Beki brings energy and enthusiasm to any LINAR offering.

From crossing swords with trade unions to successful careers in advertising, consulting and the law Eddie has a unique perspective on the world and business. The red threat running through his working life is a passion for brands and marketing. He is a CMO with board level experience in business development, reputation management, marketing and communications across the professional services, consumer goods, technology and energy sectors. Eddie has added value to teams in some of the world’s most respected organisations including EY, PwC, KPMG, Microsoft, IBM, WPP, Nestle, Heinz, Unilever and Exxon.

Eddie has extensive experience in BD restructuring and building teams that work. A father of six, he is influencing and coaching on a daily basis – upwards, downwards, sideways! Unflappable, Eddie will help you see the woods from the trees.

Unlike a lot of lawyers, when it comes to sales, Colin walks the talk. Over 40 years as a practising lawyer with ten as senior partner at Simmons & Simmons, Colin knows what it takes to win and retain business.

A master of patience and persistence, Colin also understands the power of teams and has run numerous successful £10m+ global accounts over his tenure. His leadership experience provides transferable knowledge on embedding a successful client ethos within a team/firm.

An advocate for technology and a current interest in learning about how to make best use of AI within the law, this seasoned professional certainly has some tricks (old and new) up his sleeve!

Lynda Nazer

Lynda is a digital marketing & events specialist. Her early career in Asia saw her work with large sports and industry organisations to develop and deliver high quality events across multiple industry sectors. The Covid pandemic required Lynda to pivot her skill set online and she now concentrates on developing impactful and engaging content for a professional membership body. Lynda knows how to attract an audience through multi-channel engagement including social media, email marketing and web. Customer feedback is a key tool in Lynda’s arsenal, and she is adept at using this feedback to enhance and improve the offering she delivers.
