Meet Tina

This week’s Three Things is a little different.

We’re not talking about habits, pipelines or why everyone suddenly claims to “enjoy networking”.

We’re introducing Tina.

Tina is our newest voice-enabled sales coach, powered by the team from Legal Engine. She’s always on, she’s built on everything we’ve learned writing Three Things, and she’s desperate to have a chat with you right now.

Here are three things you need to know about Tina. Enjoy.

#1.

  1. Tina fits into how you actually do business development

Tina doesn’t come with a dashboard. Or a training manual. Or a mandatory “lunch and learn”.

You talk to her.

That might be:

  • By voice, when you’re between meetings, on the commute to/from work, or heading into something you’d rather avoid
  • By WhatsApp: really good on packed trains and in boring meetings. Scan the QR code below and/or follow this link.
  • On demand, when a real situation pops up, not when a system tells you it’s “time for BD”

She’s designed for the moments that usually derail momentum:

  • You’ve been ghosted and don’t know how to follow up without sounding desperate
  • A prospect raises an objection and you freeze
  • You’re standing at a networking event, drink in hand, wondering how to get into a group without hovering
  • You know you should have a client plan, but the blank page keeps winning

No judgement. No chasing. No buzzwords.

Just help, when you actually need it.

#2. Tina already knows the fundamentals of selling in professional services

Tina’s starting point is the entire back catalogue of Three Things.

That means she’s grounded in:

  • Practical, repeatable BD behaviours
  • What works (and what doesn’t) in professional services
  • The small actions that compound, rather than the heroic ones no one sticks to

She’s particularly good at:

  • Helping you decide what to do next
  • Talking through tricky situations before you act
  • Turning “I should really…” into something concrete and doable

She is not pretending to be perfect.

She will get things wrong.
She’ll sometimes miss context.
She’s still learning.

But she’s already useful, and she gets better every time she’s used and challenged.

#3. Tina is ready to join your sales force

Tina isn’t a demo. And she isn’t a future promise.

She’s ready to chat now and become part of your organisation’s sales effort.

That means she can:

  • Learn your organisation, services and priorities
  • Support your people with day-to-day BD challenges
  • Reinforce good behaviours consistently, not just after training sessions
  • Act as a quiet, always-available coach alongside your existing sales activity

She’s freely available to use, test and pressure-test.

If she helps, great.
If she struggles, tell us.
If she says something daft, we definitely want to know.

Tina improves through feedback, and the community helps shape where she goes next.

The short version

Tina is live.
She’s ready.
She’s learning.
And she’s here to help.

If you’d like to put her to work, recruit her into your sales force, or help make her better, you’re very welcome.

Just be kind. It’s still her first week.

We’re building a team of voice enabled AI assistants to support you with BD activities and allow you to spend more time being human. Interested? We’d love to chat.

Just head to my page to start a voice conversation.

I’m also available via WhatsApp (link here and/or scan QR code to the right) – great for your daily commute and REALLY boring meetings!
